cmf: Read the form 10-Q objectively. Nothing says the SEC investigation is ongoing. The successful shelf-registration suggests quite the opposite. Which is more probative: your wishful extrapolation from a rote recitation in a disclosure paragraph or the fact that the SEC allowed Wave to put shares on the shelf?
