think we`ll have to wait for a succesfull court decision..everybody who believe in the story is still invested, but there are still some traders that gonna sell, while we`ll have to wait for the next dates..

I have not been watching the Level 2 today but in the past the MMs, particularly NITE; KNIGHT, buys as bid shortly after a sell at ask.

i think most feel the common shares are toast ,compaered to the trusts/perferred imho

No worrying here. There was some speculation that based on last week's court delay that the price my go down but it didn't. This makes me believe that there are players holding on waiting for the right time to pounce. Once a settlement is near or a deal made behind the scenes you'll see this start moving and once the news becomes public it will be too late to catch the rocket when it's launched
