Crable...you don't seem to understand your own argument! EC3 cannot be granted license to manage the Green Globe brand (WHICH IS OWNED BY GREEN GLOBE INTERNATIONAL) without paying GGLB a license fee! This is exactly what the original argument was to begin with! GGLB pays EC3 to deliver the benchmarking and certification program and EC3 pays GGLB a license fee to use the brand. Very simple partnership to understand. ;) Try again.
