Doc, other way around. EC3 was contracted by Green Globe to deliver the technology platform. So EC3 is being paid by GGLB, not the other way around. The license was granted to EC3 as part of the contract not paid for. So the arrangement costs GGLB money, or shares or other payment. Below is a direct email from IR:

EC3 Global has been contracted to deliver the technology platform for the Green Globe benchmarking and certification program worldwide. They have been granted license to manage that element of the Green Globe brand, which is owned by Green Globe International.
