Maybe has something to do with the level of expectations relative to almost 2 million acres of mineral rights in an area proven to contain some of the richest deposits in north America if not the world. Positioned within a stones throw from leaders in the various industries who did not buy up all the resources at their doorsteps who may now be willing to purchase some of the rights for their future market shares protection.
