Hard to form any opinions when the O/S is still unknown. The 483B is still rumor.

let's get realistic people: OTCBB says it, pinksheets.com says it, shareholders were told that Glenn sent the info, numerous shareholders have received emails from their brokers telling them about the dividend and the ratio...

right now the idea that the O/S is not 483 Billion is the rumor.
