the reason could be several. someone selling 35m-40m via vert between 12-14 is not positive indication of dilution. it calculates to $50k in value.

if you read posts of may 06, 36253, 36259, 36225 this was clearly mentioned that chart shows many obstacles, and mm will continue to jerk pps here, until a trend formation is made.

one reason could be that, this stock maybe is in control by groups/mms taking positions in the final step of the bottomming process.
