VERT is the evidence of dilution. Just because shares are in the O/S doesn't mean they have been sold yet. Also, if there were any restricted shares in Watsons other companies that he merged with GRDO, like the first one, those shares could now be freely trading, as I believe it has been 6 months. That's my take on this.
How do you think his wife and other buyouts were paid. If they were restricted the TA would have no problems releasing that info. It would only help the PPS. If any company or friends were given shares, they are selling now before the REDEX is filed. When that happens look out.
