Wood was CEO and Seifert CFO of another now defunct Pink Sheet Company called GlobalNet (GLBT). I have posted previously about GLBT's association with Global Telesat (GTC) and the Growth Enterprise Fund (GEF). Mr. Bleckman emailed me awhile back that Seifert was doing some CFO type stuff for Sanswire. Erdberg also came from GlobalNet.
