Coastie...I am starting to view this as prudent activity, given the SEC overhang, as opposed to an outright share grab as some have inferred.

Yes, at some point there is likely to be a "catch up", but what is striking to me is this.

The dates of the non-payment.

I believe that no one has been paid a nickle for services in cash in this company since...oh...around May of 2007!

So why only the later mentioned dates?

Curious, if I am correct.
