There's nothing to "deduce". The board is way ahead of you. It has been explicitly stated by the company that shares were used in the acquisitions.
So you've lost your argument that the company is diluting billions because you can't support that argument anymore, and now you've reduced it to a dilution of 300M? If the guys behind the companies are running a scam, wouldn't they be releasing some very grand PRs so they can run the PPS up to dump their 300M shares as you're alleging? Selling 300M at 0.001 or lower is hardly lucrative for a scam done with the effort you're describing...isn't it?
You've demonstrated once again that your arguments aren't standing on anything concrete...just a platform of ambiguity and wild speculation.
