as pointed out, vert is a known dilution vehicle. 2+2=4

not saying its dilution as the shares are coming from out of the os, but in either case the shares vert is dumping werent in the market before.

by the way, i did look back at the chart yesterday. charts dont lie, but ceo's do. while you were right on the fact a few indicators were good, just as many if not more were just the opposite.
