it has already been done months ago. what do you think the preseizure holders did. it can be appealed if judge dont rule in wamus favor. dragged out for more years. but noone ever said criminal charges cant be filed..

I don’t want to mince words here. I, and many other Washington State citizens, kindly demand some guidance from our senators on this major sociopolitical, economically immense and emotionally charged issue.

WMI has sued the FDIC. This is in defense of billions of dollars held in common by our state citizens in various forms.

There is also suit filed by JPM against the FDIC.

This big mess should be brought into the spotlight soon for the benefit of keeping the pact between senator and voter intact, in my opinion.
