No, I do believe it has happened to everyone.

Just like some constantly brag they never lose money on a stock trade and keep going on to the amounts they made that day.

I also don't think anyone was bribed, just some problems with the dividend.

Our T/A had nothing to do with the dividend at all.

If this is a scam, its a good one, to go through all this effort of trying to pay a dividend and conducting a webnar to answer questions as to where this company is headed, just seems to be going a little far out there for most scams.

Not a very good one at all. CMKX ran a NHRA funny car for the better part of a full season, had a shareholder party in Vegas and they were a huge scam from day one.

Webinar's are a fairly inexpensive way to create interest and promising a dividend doesn't cost much either. Look back at DOLL if you want to see how Fischer uses the public vehicle to further his private ventures.

DOLL was PR'ing all these deals with Fischer controlled companies. You see DOLL in business? Here Fischer controlled Avalon, Anviron and had his hand in BAG also. I think ANVH had run its course personally.

Watch for WMNT to be the next one.
