Ok whatever it was, my point is, that maybe ANVH is willing to pay for the known # of shares that were legitimatly out there, and that's where the dispute lies.

Everyone is so quick to rush judgement on this company and blame them because their dividens were taking away from them, but I don't see that its happened to everyone, so they must have paid someone right? If this is a scam, its a good one, to go through all this effort of trying to pay a dividend and conducting a webnar to answer questions as to where this company is headed, just seems to be going a little far out there for most scams.

In my opinion, I'd say this is a small company, run by a small managment team, who needs to hire more people so they can continue to expand in the right way and get all their ducks in a row, so to speak. I think starting with a real good investor relations team might be in order.
