A quick call to the TA can confirm any major dillution.
If no major dillution, well, your second guess is right on.

This stock had several FTD's in the 0.0001 - 0.0002 range.
No reason to believe it has not stopped.

Thank you Clarity. I'm happy to see the base support catching up to the share price. Hopefully that means the consolidaiton period is almost over.

I appreciate the warnings too. This is a pink and I fully expect them to sell shares at some point, but the MO of this crew is to dilute before the run, buy up the shares themselves, run the stock, and then sell the shares at a profit of many thousands of percent. I'll keep my eyes open for the other obvious possibilities, but for now my expectation is that they will keep doing what they've been doing.
