this settlement is unbelievable. why even bother with the suit? the fightin geezers are getting screwed again. the settlement is a handful of peanuts Unless I am missing something, they probably spent more on fighting the suit than they got?

With the case we had, why settle for 1/2 cent on the dollar?

Is the goal to free up the asset so the plaintiffs can steal it at auction
