Can't answer your question because I don't know their thoughts, but seems to me (on the surface) they would have gotten more in court than $19 or $20 million. Not sure but MOSH LP, Dagger-Spine, Kim, Buzbee and company must have thought this was the best deal. So either they, and we, hit a home run on the sale of the two blocks or this is as good as it gets. With the aggressiveness of the 4+ year fight, I just got to believe the two blocks will bring more than a buck a unit as a minimum.
