What makes you think that Wave employees aren't just as disappointed at the lack of performance by management, and that they would be willing to keep buying, even at these levels? Don't you think the employees are just as disgusted with the continual dilution, the failed promises, the meager revenues, especially when management is over compensated from a performance point of view? I'd expect that employee's families and friends are equally disgusted !!

Actually, as an employee of a publically traded company, you are still bound by rules as you most likely are privy to non-public information. You just may not be required to report your buys and sells.

Most public companies in my neck of the woods cover this when you're hired as part of the orientation. In my case, we also get yearly reminders.
