I also thought insider buying was indicative of a more positive direction for both shareprice and the company's outlook going forward. Not only did McConnaughy pay 75% over current prices, but his timing was, at this point, 8 months off the mark. As a director of Wave, not very confidence building for us shareholders!! Perhaps the other directors not buying would be more reflective of the BOD's outlook! Then again, soon bonuses and stock options will be handed out which they can exercise! NLOL

PS Today we will be visiting the .85 area. Anyone who had wished they would of been able to buy at the discounted price of that lucky accredited investor, get ready. Today may be your lucky day. Like the saying goes, "Be careful what you wish for, you might just get it"!! JMHO unfortunately.

I assume most Wave employees are not "insiders" per the SEC definition. Therefore if you are the receptionist, an engineer or whoever, as long as you are not listed as an insider you can buy (and sell) as you please. I am not sure about the selling part.
