No, you wouldn't. One has nothing to do with the other. Dilution weakens the sp, while demand strengthens it. Once it's maxed out, they'd have to raise the A/S in order to keep the company afloat.

And this is all predicated on the company performance not being up to snuff. If it was, there'd be no need to sell shares to raise money.

As to what the sp SHOULD be based on a perceived value, I think twenty times what the market says it's worth is a reach.

The 10K should be interesting. Frankly, I'm a little afraid of seeing it! ( :
