Forgive me, I don't have the knowledge or experience of the typical blogger here, but if a stock is being diluted and the OS/AS ratio approaches 1, then you would expect the share price to rise if demand is there. I'm disregarding anything to do with company performance at this point.

I also feel Kiwa has been undervalued and with the AS where it is, the share price should be around $.025 (if you peg the companies value at $10 mil.)
