You are certainly free to think what you want, however please take the time to go to http://failurestodeliver.com and then explain to me the 18.9 million share that were failed to deliver from nov.07-dec.31 of 08.

If you are still not a believer then check out the news releases for CGFI [Colorado Goldfields] a similar situation. These guys had such a naked short problem, that they cancelled all their shares and are in the process of reissuing a different class share.
There have discovered [no surprise to them] that there was millions of shares loaned multiple times and now the broker/marketmakers are toast. Please take the time to read the last few news releases and quit living in the dark or on second thought maybe just maybe you happen to be a little short yourself.
