If there wasn't an escrow provision on the 1mm, such as pending obtaining permits, and he had access to the 1mm, in addition to paying for leases on the PA coal property, including the river/RR terminal area, I suspect he may have paid off, partially or in full, some of the original private investors. We also have been told there was some seller financing when the WV land was bought so payment may have been made there also. Is such a shame we are not more fully informed.
If he's dumped, he dumped a billion shares for a whopping $100,000 profit!!! I will buy as many of those dumped shares as I can because I think that they will try to get the price up before any so-called dumped shares are actually liquidated to retail investors.
