Zen- The numbers you posted about NITE are extremely relevant and relative to the report, earlier this month, about CMKX being 40% of their transactions(on any/all exchanges)for the month of june. Good DD Zen!

Sorry I don't have a link(Ididn't save it) if anyone has that report saved I would appreciate it!!

I did see this the first time around and found it to be some very interesting and compelling circumstantial evidence. One would think that if the SEC is, or will be, doing some serious investigation into naked shorting, this statistic should be enough of a red flag to draw their attention.

Zen, back on the other subject again. While I agree that there is no absolute need to release specific O/S information concurrent with the August 20 record date, I would be somewhat surprised if it wasn't released by then or shortly therafter, because as soon as we know what number of shares we are to receive individually, it's an easy calculation to get to the issued and outstanding. These defenders of naked shorting continually whine ... " THAT has never been proven ". The reason ?? Because it has been SO HUGE that bribes and payola have stifled its exposure over the years. I M O. But now thanks in part to the Internet and guys like Dave Patch it WILL get exposed. I think CMKX is one of the leaders in this unmasking. I'm excited. Now .. O T .. thanks for the kind words I have been getting. We crushed the grapes into open barrels and they ferment naturally for about 6 or 7 days until the big foaming stops. Then you put the contents through the press and put the squeezed-out juice back into the open barrels until it stops 'working'. Then you can bottle it. You can do red or white grapes. Sometimes you really squeeze the pulp the second time and distill that juice. This makes moonshine or grappa .. which is great but illegal. If you put cherries into the grappa in a large bottle you can save them until Christmas time .. good.

I did notice the staggering profit increase when you posted that the other day! It truly is amazing and speaks volumes about what is occuring in the market right now, and what remains to occur.
