These defenders of naked shorting continually whine ... " THAT has never been proven ". The reason ?? Because it has been SO HUGE that bribes and payola have stifled its exposure over the years. I M O. But now thanks in part to the Internet and guys like Dave Patch it WILL get exposed. I think CMKX is one of the leaders in this unmasking. I'm excited. Now .. O T .. thanks for the kind words I have been getting. We crushed the grapes into open barrels and they ferment naturally for about 6 or 7 days until the big foaming stops. Then you put the contents through the press and put the squeezed-out juice back into the open barrels until it stops 'working'. Then you can bottle it. You can do red or white grapes. Sometimes you really squeeze the pulp the second time and distill that juice. This makes moonshine or grappa .. which is great but illegal. If you put cherries into the grappa in a large bottle you can save them until Christmas time .. good.
