The BOD is a big disappointment IMO during the implementation faze and agree, stockholders should have more say. Maybe not a wavoid unless kool-aide test is cleared, but BOD needs to open the roledex and get busy opening more doors or putting someone in place that can.
Internet--Please review the silly machismo and boyish posts for the past couple days advising S. Sprague how to manage WAVE, and then ask yourself if you'd want to risk having such a wavoid representing your interests on the BoD?
