Barge...re "thank god S.Sprague had the smarts to reject the idea of allowing any wavoid on the board of directors." This statement is so telling....I just don't know where to start....

Could you tell me one thing the BOD has done in the past 5 years that has protected the shareholder???

What's wrong with a MAJOR shareholder demanding a seat on the BOD? EVERY MAJOR COMPANY IN THIS COUNTRY ALLOWS FOR THIS....why not Wave???
