Of course he knows about shorts Rocket..if you read in the last 10K, I believe, He was investigated for swing trading DCUT stock. So I am sure he knows exactly how many shorts there are cause IMHO he knows who they are and IMHO he will give those guys a weeks warning to cover before he releases news. Thats how scams like DCUT work.....The rich get richer, The good ole boys get a corn cob up the butt...

Rocketred, the only way to fix the shorts

is to file the 10K/Q and form 233 to get back on OTCBB.

Do you think the new auditors are working 12 hours/day and the weekends on those books/filings as they should because it's a priority? If it were the case, the filings would have been ready in June. No, they took cheap local auditors, they are slow and probably on different projects and this is why it takes so long.
