I'll go for that I spoke with Him myself today.
He figure's there is a short postion of around 30 mil shares as he has the Counts.
He felt pretty confident that Dcut will get contracts but no time frame was given and then the shorts could roast themselves.
Filings there working on them to get back to the otcbb.

I told him only way to fix the shorts is by a dividend or share buy back or a blockbuster PR that creates the short to cover there butts.He stated he has been involved in the markets for 20 years and knows very much about the shorts and MM's manipulation.AS I stated to him What About the Sec as I said there a joke and he agreeed 100% the Sec could give 2 f's about companies trading on the Otcbb or Pinks.

So I figure once we see whats behind door number 1,2,3, everything will take care off itself.
