I agree. I've been through a few splits/cusip changes with TDA on the pinks and it's never the same amount of time before the new symbol appears. If there was a TDA policy on such things then it would always be the same period. While I'm sure naked shorting does happen in most cases the complaints come after huge increases in volume, like MGRN recently. If the person complaining had done some dd he'd realize they went from 700m to 4b authorized shares and were selling treasury stock to get cash.
