It's clear that this "naked shorting" nonsense is just that "nonsense" when it comes to a little pinkie and scottrade or any other broker.

These are rumours spread from cheerleaders and pumpers of various penny stock scams and alike. This is laughable but of course every investor who is underwater in any penny stock always gladly wants to believe this stuff in order to have an excuse for himself.

As far as the RS stuff goes. Everybody knows my opinion about this management but afterall in this case I guess they are not guilty why it takes so long. It's just that most brokers must wait for the other new shares to receive and some don't as is the case with IB for example. I think it's somehow a different internal policy at each broker or so.
