Maybe the SEC only knows the half of it. Maybe there is no legitimate debt, but the SEC thinks that there is having seen no evidence to the contrary.

Anything is possible. In retrospect, it has been repeatedly apparent that the wisest have assumed the worst when it came to Globetel/Sanswire.
