Poke..It is very apparent there WAS foul play afoot here, and for quite some time...at least by what has been heard on one side so far.

It is still not apparent to me that current management was involved.

That is not to say that the SEC can't still process against the corporation for culpability...because they clearly are moving forward in that vein.

I'm just interested in the end game...and the other side of this.

And sooner resolved than later.
