Poke. I raise this question, because the SEC will likely want to force a re audit of 02-04, which may subsequently require a re filing of '05-07 and 08 to come.

If there is no legitimate debt, how can it matter?

PS..The crime should still be prosecuted, and I think Dept. Of Justice is all ears right now...but on individuals.

PSS...Me thinks Huff and Jimenez created all of this inflated debt and off-sets to attract investment funds as Coastie says....by inflating all the numbers.

But a part of me thinks it is all bogus...the debt and the profit claims.

"HUFF AND JIMENEZ CREATED FAKE REVENUE IN ORDER TO SELL GLOBETEL STOCK"
