This issue will continue to dump shares on people and will pull off the RS again down the road. They do not have the cash flow necessary to continue to be a going concern. The company has promised transparency but has failed to deliver on that promise. I recommend that everyone please keep in mind that shareholders are claiming to have extended personal loans to this company and have yet to be paid back. Please make sure you are contacting the CEO daily in an attempt to keep him honest. The TA should be contacted daily as well since in the past the share count has risen right after most company announcements.
