One note, regarding the loan, company has never said they wouldn't pay me back... I just felt it wasn't the best time for it to keep the dilution to a minimum..
The company is not yet profitable, but is pretty close... I know they are trying really hard this time to avoid the mistakes of the past.. That doesn't mean there won't be dilution, however the focus is right now to make sure the share price is up to a higher level than here...
The first measure to accomplish this has been taken... Equitygroups.com was able to do it with hydrogen hybrid... Took it to $2.00 bid... And they had also executed a 400 to 1 reverse end of nov... This leads me to believe the focus is on getting the share price to 30 to 50 cents... I know that price won't make up for some...
I'm just sitting back and seeing what they can do for the shareholders this time around... My hope is they can get private funding to take the business to a really profitable state... Once they become profitable, there should be no need for dilution...atleast that is my understanding...
