Keep in mind that the IRS ALWAYS assumes that you owe more than you actually do. That is "business as usual" for them. I would think that our attorneys that will shred that claim into a much smaller amount... and who knows i the judge will reduce that as well.
I don't have a law firm doing y taxes but H & R Block reduces my taxes every time! LOL I hope these guys can do better than my $59 tax service can!
What I dont understand these taxes are owed from years back why is it just now that were hearing from the IRS. Acoording to the court documents all the tax issues were just about settled.
