I am not sure I understand the beginning of the second sentence in your post. Can you clarify? Why would the FDIC file a claim against itself? Probably a dumb question but would like to understand nonetheless.
The FDIC had a deadline to file any claims AGAINST FDIC and JPM over the seizure and transfer of WMI.
