Sorry guys. Had a client come in. Here is what I posted before to Herb:

Herb, Herb, Herb...you are the man. Just called and spoke to Tal. Very informative. I will post what I found. The FDIC had a deadline to file any claims AGAINST FDIC and JPM over the seizure and transfer of WMI. They did. They expect a "reconciliation" with FDIC and JPM. The claims have not been addressed yet. Unfortunately, she had to leave for an appt she DID NOT DENY the FC claim. I directly asked her about it and she said they were exploring all options and stated that they did file a claim against them. BTW, this was filed on December 30th.

I didn't expect to talk to anyone and I felt like a nervous little schoolboy asking question. Our conversation was very short as she had to leave. I am definitely going to call her back. She was very pleasant and surprisingly straightforward. They DID file a claim against the FDIC on Dec 30th!! I am so pumped about that. I did not ask about shareholder recovery. Herb...What did she tell you??????"
