Jai, thanks for your response, I was also at the ASM meeting but did not pick up on Merritts comments, but I had to leave early and perhaps missed it. I agree that their current rate of new licensees do not deserve and extra pats on the back however I,m sure the process is far more complicated then just making a call and sign on the dotted line, and is a long drawn out procedure, but that doesn't satisfy my belief that everyting being equal, 1 saleman cannot produce what 2 salesmen can. Signning new licensee is the life blood of this organization and it should command the biggest thrust of our efforts, being from the old school I subscribe to the theory that,"nothing happens until someone sells something". Companies, and boards and employees get so engrossed in their work that they fail to see the big picture, none of us can see ourself like someone else can, good Doctors will not treat themself because they lack perception, they cannot see themself like other Drs.can, big organizations fall into the same pitfalls, this company could do well to listen to outsiders and there are many on this board that could offer substantial advise and suggestions.
