Billy Jo re number of licensing salespersons at IDCC. From the latest 10K as follows:

..."As of March 1, 2004, we employed 311 full-time individuals consisting of approximately 232 engineering and product development personnel, 12 patent administration and licensing personnel and 67 other personnel, as well as 9 part-time employees. None of our employees are represented by a collective bargaining unit."

Mr. Merritt heads up the patent licensing subsidiary, but he is not the only one trying to obtain patent license agreements for IDCC. There have been about 10 to 12 individuals involved in the licensing effort for at least several years. IR told me previously that the licensing individuals have engineering, legal, and/or business backgrounds, with usually a combination thereof.
