It may be worth pointing out that they might have until today to decide (I think that is how it was termed) but that doesn't necessarily mean you or I will see an announcement today....They may have ALREADY decided their method of payment and IDCC may have accepted with further negotiations of alternate items or business to tag along with it...I think SAMMY has to chose and notify IDCC by today but, there could be a whole lot of other ancillary discussions and agreement they mesh together ....I think they already announced back in that late Nov release that it was a significant fiancial evet whihc I believe is what they are required to do....Are any specifics of the deal and payment nubmers really required by law?
