If it doesn't happen today, it really should not be a big deal, but yes they will make it one because they have convinced all that 45 is a fixed date which is no where near true. The company says approximately but the wonderfull knowledgeable board posters decided to hell with approximately it is 45 for sure or else we have no deal. This is pure crap as their is a deal and IDCC has even added them to the current 3G license pie chart, and incorporated them in their presentation, and paid out bonuses. Now to do that and have no deal would rate as the highest degree of stupidity. the deal is done, just when we get the announcement is approximately any day, you define when approximately any day is but one thing for sure you know its coming, and shouldn't be very far away from the approximate date, but not a one of us knows what date that is, and that included IDCC or they wouldn't have used that language but rather a firm date.
