You said a mouthful there, but look at it this way, at minimum the SEC have been copied in as well as the IRS and we all know that good ole Joe, the family man, has a great need to fear the Infernal Revenue Service. Who knows, maybe his cards will be delt with from that angle. As for Lou, well that is yet another chapter in this ugly book that final page has not yet been turned.
