downapenney, sorry, but I have to call them as I see them, and I dont see many clean hands in this mess, and the worst part about it, the shareholders will be the biggest losers in this whole dust storm, thats what always happens when board and proxy fights end up in court, and make no mistake, this bankruptsy filing was just a slimy method to force it in front of a judge.
