Grace Budzinski has told me that while trying to serve them they found out that both companies had been dissolved and that they were finding it nearly impossible to serve the individuals the court papers. I have not spoke with her in about two weeks so some things may have changed. I will have to try and find out.

Shows how naive I am about the legal terminology...I know of friends who wanted to have criminal charges pressed against 'friends' who ripped them off, while the police would say: "Our hands are tied, take it to civil court".. So I assumed the reverse was true, that if you can't sue them, you could have them instead "prosecuted"...My Bad, lol Wood™
