Garland and the Vowler family (Bill & Joan) and possibly Jim and his family, plus Mark & Safia Ellison are currently living in Southern California - Ontario vicinity. I do know that they have opened a store in Baldwin Park and it has a current mailing address. I will have to look for the exact address once I get home, and will post here afterwards.

OG, all good information. I was only relating the legal definition of the wording of the dismissal. IANAL but the definition seems pretty universal. Of course, in extreme circumstances the judge may have leeway to do certain things state to state.

I actually know where JV and Clay live and the fact that I have never knocked (or considered doing so) on their door should be noted.

I do not see a change in ownership of Jv's house so he is maintaining that residence it appears.

If FC has been dissolved it would have no standing before the PA SC in that lawsuit so that is interesting.
