Thank you but I would truly love if you would expand upon this pointed question:

Where you stated: "......"STATE" is moving foward with FFI & KFA".......I'm not questioning that, what I want to know without question is:

ARE the investors who are still holding on tight with their last gulp of air, me being one of them, going to be included in this venture 100% or are they going to be dropped like a hot potato and left for the sharks alone with NSOL and FFI being branched off to enjoy all the rewards and the big guys being the only ones to reap the rewards?

Now, my wording may not be as eloquent as some could submit in writing here, I can't get any more specific than that, but I'm sure you know what I mean and what I'm getting at!

Anyways...since you have some insight here...care to elaborate a few statements that you made here...

Does that mean the NSOL -FFI reverse split....please feel free to comment on this since this is quite an interesting theory..



Though I agree with you here that the management has done a lousy job at communication....

What I cannot fathom is how a spin off from NSOl with the same boys behind the driver's seat will make a difference....I mean these guys cannot even get one SEC filing out on time.....haha!!!

I think I sound a bit like Cytrxman ...who is also quite pissed at you....but that is besides the point...

PS....you lived all your life in Luisville!!!! but can't spell louisville......that is quite a slip there......
