Walker I have interacted directly with Mr. Brent Yonts whom I have known for years. I have lived in luisville pretty much all of my life. I was told that the "STATE" is moving foward with FFI & KFA with 100% support. FFI has given them all of the informatin that they required and the state is moving foward. Brent also said that there will be some corporate restructuring that has to be done but he would not go into any details because it is non-public information.

My read is this. Everything is moving foward, BUT FFI's, Kfa, Kentucky's visions are totally different then the investors. From what I see, the state and FFI want to build up to 8 plants and they want they foundations for that in place specifically with state support. The problem is that the investors have no patience which I do not blame them at this point.

If Herda would communicate just a little with the investors I think everyone would be much happier and calmer. Communication is the key here and nsol does little of it.
If this problem was rectified I think all others would fall into place.
